These dinner plates were made exclusively for the Benjamin Franklin Federal Savings & Loan, formerly located in Oregon and is now closed. This pattern was made to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Benjamin Franklin Federal Savings & Loan. Later, the Liberty Blue dinnerware was also sold at grocery stores. The introduction of Liberty Blue in 1975, with its fifteen different historic scenes of colonial America, brought forth lots of interest. With the Liberty Blue promotion continuing with the Bicentennial, more people became interested in building a set. The set of dinner plates are in good used condition with no crazing, stains, chips or cracks. This piece would make a nice addition to any Liberty Blue collection.
