This is a set of four 8.5" salad / dessert plates by Pier One in the Spice Route pattern in the Sesame color.  This pattern has been retired.  The plates are in superior used condition appearing to have only light use.  There are no chips, no cracks, no stains, no haze, no crazing, and no gray utensil marks.  Please note, this is hand applied glaze which has natural variations and flow.  I've tried to capture any areas with variation in the glaze.  These ARE NOT chips.  See pictures.
If you enjoy the style of Pier One and want sturdy dinnerware, then you will want this set of stoneware plates!  The Spice Route pattern was retired in 2019.  The Sesame color is a beige or light tan with glazing added to the raised beaded rims and edges to accentuate the decorative elements and provide a slightly "aged" appearance.  The round shape and downward sloping edges provide a sleek crisp style to your dinnerware!  The plate dimensions are 1" H, 8.5" diameter, and weigh 1 lb. 1.3 oz. each.  These items will be well packed in a heavy duty box to help ensure safe delivery.
