This year Sheridan's acquired an impressively large collection of vintage Franciscan "Apple" Earthenware (USA); including this 8 piece dinner set for 8! (64 pieces total)

Each piece is in excellent vintage condition and would make a great addition to any existing set. Most pieces are in "like new" condition.
Each of our Franciscan pieces were made in the USA at the Glendale, California factory. They are stamped from the original 1940's stamp up to 1979. Franciscan Apple is a raised-relief hand-painted pattern from Gladding, McBean & Co. The Franciscan "Apple" pattern first appeared in 1940. With its branches, soft green leaves and red harvest apples hand-painted on a creamy ivory-colored porcelain; this pattern is one of the most sought-after by collectors and non-collectors alike. Our charming Franciscan Earthenware is the perfect backdrop for any get together, any time of the year, but especially in Autumn!
