Sears Roebuck china from the 1940s. The sugar bowl and creamer has some crackling due to the age of the items. There is also some staining which I don't know if it permanent or not. The china was made by Sears and Roebuck and was very popular in its day. There is a shadow from the lighting but it is not a flaw in the items. Refer to photos for details.
