Antique 1920s Royal Schwarzburg RSC25 Pink & Green Floral Porcelain

Available is Seventy-Five Pieces of Beautiful Antique Royal Schwarzburg RSC25 Pink and Green Floral Porcelain Dinnerware and Serving Pieces. This pattern designated by Replacements, Ltd. as 'RSC25 by Royal Schwarzburg' features Smooth Rims with a Green Geometric Edge design and Pink Flowers. There is Gold Metallic Trim on Rims. This pattern has been discontinued for decades. The Schwarzburg (Schwarzburg Rudolstadt Straus & Söhne) Shield Maker's Mark dates from 1904 to 1924, before the "Royal" designation. Porzellanfabrik Rudolstadt Straus & Söhne A.G., of Thuringia, Germany, was established in 1882 but it's roots date back to 1869 when Lazarus Straus & Sons company was founded. This glass and ceramic import and trade business was growing fast. Already in 1874 Lazarus's son, Nathan, started co-operation with R.H. Macy company creating own departments in their shops. Lazarus Straus & Sons carried out operations in several European countries: England, Austria, Czechoslovakia, France and Germany. In 1882 they started US subsidiary New York and Rudolstadt Pottery Co. Inc. Porzellanfabrik Rudolstadt Straus & Söhne A.G. was taken over by Nathan Straus and renamed to Nathan Straus & Co. In 1930 the factory was closed due to the worldwide economic collapse of 1929. Condition: Excellent overall condition for this 100 year old China. There are no chips cracks or crazing except as noted on specific pieces. Those items with major flaws are listed separately and with a reduced price.
